  • Donors must provide accurate details, including their PAN card information where applicable.

3. Donations and Campaigns

  • Donations can be made to specific campaigns or through a monthly donation plan.
  • Donors can trace the source and destination of their contributions for full transparency.
  • All donations are securely processed through verified payment gateways.
  • Accepted payment methods include Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI and Bank Transfers.
  • Receipts for monthly donations will be sent to the registered email.

4. Fund Disbursement

  • Funds raised through campaigns will be disbursed in the form of cash or requested products, as specified by the campaign creator.
  • Campaigns will remain active until the required donations are fulfilled.
  • Pagirnthidu reserves the right to audit fund usage to ensure proper allocation.

5. Transparency and Accountability

Pagirnthidu is committed to transparency in all its operations. Regular reports and updates on campaigns and fund utilization will be provided to maintain trust and accountability.

6. Tax and Legal Compliance

  • Donations made through Pagirnthidu may be eligible for tax deductions as per applicable laws.
  • Donors must provide PAN details to claim tax benefits where applicable.
  • Campaign creators must comply with all legal obligations regarding fund usage and reporting.

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Misuse of funds or misrepresentation of campaign details is strictly prohibited.
  • Fraudulent or misleading campaigns will be removed and legal action may be taken if necessary.
  • Users must not engage in any activities that violate local or national laws.

8. Refund Policy

Donations made on Pagirnthidu are non-refundable as they are allocated for various social causes.

9. Subscription Management

Donors can unsubscribe from Pagirnthidu's Monthly Donation Plans at any time.
